His new album "Between  a Rock and the Blues" brought Joe Louis Walker 5 nominations for Blues Foundation's BMA.

In particular:

- "Album of the Year"

- "Contemporary Blues Album of the Year"

- "Contemporary Blues Male Artist  of the Year"

- "Instrumentalist-Guitar"

- "Song of the Year" for "I'm Tide"

The artist is having a magical moment which is bringing him on top of the worlwide blues scene. Blues Review Magazine is dedicating the next edition to him with a review and an interview.

Joe Louis Walker will be in tour with  BLM next summer from 23 July to 1 August.
